I have tried to argue with them, talk to new employees, and representatives, they all say the same thing: I cannot get a refund because I scratched off the back. Walmart's rep is giving you the run around because not surprisingly A) They don't know you're telling the truth and B.) The longer you spend time futzing with steam the more likely you ar eto lose your receipt or run out the clock on your refund window. Steam Support might be able to figure out which Steam Account it's been used upon or if you typoed or made some mistake. It's highly unlikely someone is able to figure out that code without being able to see it - but a small possibly. If the place you purchased the Steam Wallet code isn't an unauthorized seller and it's not a fake, nor had it's back been scratched off before purchase. However, making sure to write your Support Ticket number on the receipt in pen (You'll need to create your ticket to get your Ticket number and then add to your ticket with the photo afterwards).
